SHIPPING WITHIN BRUNEI / DOMESTIC FULFILLMENT

Shipping will be charged upon checkout within Brunei-Muara, Tutong and Belait districts.

Processing orders may take up to 2-3 working days.

Expect delays during festive periods and sales promotion period.

Shipping fee within Brunei Darussalam is waived for purchase above $50.

Shipping service to Temburong district is currently unavailable.

We do not provide shipping outside of Brunei Darussalam.

 

COLLECTION AT OUR BRANCHES

This collection method is applicable for customers that have purchased items online.

Processing orders may take up to 2-3 working days.

Shipping fee is waived for collection at any Auto Gadgets/Seng Hoe Huat branches.

Items can only be collected within store operating hours.

“Pay on Collection” is a service that allows customers to place an order online and only pay upon collecting the item at our branches.

  • This service has no additional cost.
  • If the item remain uncollected in 14 days, if no alternative arrangements have been made, your order will be cancelled.

 

EXCHANGE

We accept exchanges within 3 working days for all domestic orders.

Exchanges are only valid for wrong shipment issues or manufacturer’s defect.

Postage is to be borne by the customer in the event of an exchange.

All items must be returned in original condition, not worn, not washed and not changed in any way. The management of shopautogadget.com reserves the rights to reject any damaged or used items based on our discretion.

We do not accept exchanges for custom made / personalized items.

Returns without proof of purchase will not be entertained. Please contact us at the at contact form here

Upon returning your item to us, please email support@shopautogadget.com with the following information:

i) Your Name ( As per invoice )
ii) Invoice Number / Order ID
iii) Reason for return

We will not entertain exchanges if information provided is not complete or invalid.

The management of shopautogadget.com reserves the rights to reject any returns at our sole discretion shall we find any goods returned in a damaged / altered / used condition.

We do not accept refunds for items which are on clearance or sale.

 

REFUND

Refunds are only valid due to manufacturer’s defect and request within 30 days for all domestic orders.

We will only issue you a refund via STORE CREDIT and it may take up to 15 working days to process.

Postage is to be borne by you in the event of returning the product.
