1. How We Collect and Use Information
We collect the following types of information about you:
We ask for certain information such as your username, real name, address, phone number, e-mail address and payment details when you register for a shopautogadget.com account, or if you correspond with us. (a) Facebook Pixel: Conversion tracking helps us measure the return of investment of Facebook Ads by reporting on the actions people take after viewing those ads. We create pixels that track conversions, add them to the pages of their website where the conversions will happen, and then track these conversions back to ads they are running on Facebook. No personal information is contained in or collected as a result of using these cookies or pixels.

(b) Facebook Conversion Tracking Pixel: With your permission, our website utilises the Conversion Tracking Pixel service of Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave., Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (“Facebook”). This tool allows us to follow the actions of users after they are redirected to a provider’s website by clicking on a Facebook advertisement. We are thus able to record the efficacy of Facebook advertisements for statistical and market research purposes. The collected data remain anonymous. This means that we cannot see the personal data of any individual user. However, the collected data are saved and processed by Facebook. We are informing you on this matter according to our information at this time. Facebook is able to connect the data with your Facebook account and use the data for their own advertising purposes, in accordance with Facebook’s Data Use Policy found under https://www.facebook.com/legal/terms/dataprocessing/update

Facebook Conversion Tracking also allows Facebook and its partners to show you advertisements on and outside Facebook. In addition, a cookie will be saved onto your computer for these purposes.

(c) We may use the services of various Service Providers in order to process your data more effectively. When you visit our Facebook pages, which we use to represent our company or individual products or services, some of your personal data will be processed. The sole controller responsible for the processing of personal data is Facebook Ireland Ltd (4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2 Ireland, “Facebook”). (d) Processing of Page Insights: Facebook provides us with anonymised statistics and insights for our Facebook page, which help us to understand the types of action that people on our page (so-called “Page Insights”). These Page Insights are created based on specific information about individuals who have visited our Page. This processing of personal data is carried out by Facebook and by us as joint controllers. The processing serves our legitimate interest to evaluate the types of actions being taken on our Page and to improve our Page based on these findings. The legal basis for this processing is Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f GDPR. We are in no case able to assign the information obtained via Page insights to a specific Facebook profile using the “Like” date for our Page. We have reached an agreement with Facebook to share joint responsibility for the processing, in which the division of data protection obligations between ourselves and Facebook is set out. (e) Processing of data that is provided to us via our Facebook pages: We also process data that you make available to us via our Facebook Pages. Such information might be your Facebook user name, contact details or communication to us. We only process this personal data if we have previously asked you to share this data with us, for example creating an account at our website. This processing will be done by us as the sole data controller. The legal basis for this processing is Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b GDPR. Personal data that we have collected will be processed in anonymised form, to ensure that customers are happy with our offers. This processing serves our legitimate interest of continuously improving our offers, and the legal basis, therefore, is Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f GDPR.

Seng Hoe Huat Auto Accessories Service Company is the controller for data processing under Article 24 GDPR. (f) Joint controllership with Facebook: We use the statistical information (the visit to our site, the range of contributions, visits and average duration of video renditions, information on which countries and cities our Visitors come from and statistics on the gender relations of our Visitors) relating to the use of the Fanpages that Facebook makes available via the Facebook “Insights” service in anonymised form. Conclusions on individual users and access to individual user profiles by Seng Hoe Huat Auto Accessories Service Company are not possible.

On account of this, Seng Hoe Huat Auto Accessories Service Company and Facebook are regarded as “joint controllers” in the meaning of the GDPR and therefore entered into a so-called joint controller agreement in order to comply with the requirements of GDPR. Over and above the processing of personal data mentioned in this privacy notice, Seng Hoe Huat Auto Accessories Service Company has no influence on the processing of personal data in connection with your use of the Fan Pages. 

5.2 Google Analytics
